I recently purchased a new unit with Jackson Heating Air Conditioning. The service call to discuss getting the new unit was so informative. Austin answered all of our questions. He knew exactly what unit we needed for our house. We have had our unit now for a couple of months and I am freezing that is how well it works. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone.

My husband and I wish to highly recommend Jackson Heating and Air. Thirteen years ago when we bought our house in Clarksville, we had to replace an antiquated air and heat system. We called Jackson and Matt came the next day and went over the systems we could buy, their cost and capabilities we chose what we felt was needed. No high pressure salesmanship. We were pleased with the results for the next 13 years. Matt checked the system regularly and took care of everything.

This year because of poor service from the gas company we decided to check into an all electric system. Again Matt came and went through all aspects of such a change and possible systems we could use plus the capabilities of each. Upon our request he did an estimate costs which included others—plumber and electrician. This required careful scheduling and planning on his part. We felt the estimate was very acceptable. It went like clockwork. The two contractors he added to the team were pleasant, considerate, efficient and kept to the schedule.

The final cost stayed to the estimate or came in below for some of it! We have never had a remodel this painless.
