Big thank-you to owner Matt and his right hand, Austin, for their expertise and efficient, first-class service in the recent replacement of my residential two-heat-pump system. The install required code updates and some big decisions concerning what direction to go with the new units, as well as coordination with insurance adjusters. The install, including demo of the old units and an attic install of one unit, was efficiently completed in two visits. All outdoor connections and lines are wrapped and grouped neatly and the new condenser units sit centered on new pads that were perfectly leveled. I have new LED thermostats and a quiet, high-efficiency system that will make a real difference in monthly electric costs. I have known Matt since 2013, through recommendation of sellers when I bought my home, and subsequent annual service calls. Jackson Heating and Air is local, family-owned-and-operated, and has a decades-long history of fine service on both residential and commercial projects. This was a big investment for me, and my complete trust in Matt to help with making sound decisions was a godsend. I recently purchased a new unit with Jackson Heating Air Conditioning. The service call to discuss getting the new unit was so informative. Austin answered all of our questions. He knew exactly what unit we needed for our house. We have had our unit now for a couple of months and I am freezing that is how well it works. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone.
